Join a values-driven, people-focused organisation as an Executive Assistant supporting the Chief People Officer and wider HR team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work at the heart of a dynamic and collaborative business, playing a key role in enabling the success of the People & Culture function.

The Role
As a trusted partner to the CPO, you will:
  • Diary & Email Management: Proactively manage the CPO’s calendar and inbox, ensuring priorities are actioned and communication flows smoothly.
  • Meeting & Event Coordination: Schedule and prepare for key meetings, including agendas, minutes and follow-ups; coordinate internal HR events and offsites.
  • Travel Coordination: Organise domestic and international travel for the CPO and HR leaders, managing itineraries and logistics.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as a point of contact between the HR function and internal/external stakeholders, building strong, professional relationships.
  • Team Support: Provide broader support to the HR leadership team, assisting with onboarding activities, reporting, and HR project coordination.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Prepare presentations, reports, and correspondence; assist with tracking team metrics and key deliverables.
Skills & Experience
  • Proven experience supporting senior executives, ideally within People & Culture or corporate functions.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage sensitive information with discretion.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with a proactive and solutions-focused mindset.
  • High attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with HRIS or project tools is advantageous.
  • A warm, approachable personality and a collaborative working style.
