About the Role
Reporting to the Experience Design & Delivery Manager, this newly created role is responsible for coordinating and delivering visitor experience initiatives and onsite events that align with organisational strategy and values.
You’ll work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure experiences are well-designed, inclusive and consistently delivered. The role combines experience design, event delivery, stakeholder engagement and continuous improvement, making it ideal for someone who enjoys working autonomously in a purpose-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the delivery and ongoing improvement of visitor experience and event strategies
- Coordinate and deliver a calendar of community, cultural and internal events
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless visitor journeys across sites
- Provide operational leadership during onsite events and experience initiatives
- Collect and analyse visitor feedback to inform future improvements
- Conduct post-event reviews and contribute to experience enhancement recommendations
- Support the coordination of customer-facing communications during incidents or planned disruptions
- Build strong relationships across the organisation to raise awareness of experience initiatives
- Ensure compliance with safety, risk management and organisational policies
You’re an empathetic, organised and proactive professional with experience delivering customer or visitor-focused services in public-facing environments. You’re confident working across multiple stakeholders, enjoy improving experiences, and are comfortable leading initiatives independently.
You will bring:
- Experience in visitor experience, customer experience, service delivery or events
- Proven ability to deliver onsite events and programs
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work autonomously while aligning to broader strategy
- Adaptability and confidence responding to changing situations
- Experience in community, cultural, hospitality or public environments (highly regarded)
