We’re looking for a strategic, commercially minded Media and Partnerships Manager to take ownership of our omni‑channel media ecosystem, guide significant budget investment, and elevate how our brand connects with millions of customers.
About the Role
In this influential leadership role, you’ll define and execute the full media strategy across Australia and New Zealand — ensuring every dollar invested drives brand strength, customer growth and commercial performance. You’ll lead major partnerships, oversee brand tracking and customer insight programs, and ensure our campaigns land with impact across all channels.
This is a role for someone who thrives on complexity, loves cross‑functional collaboration and knows how to turn strategy into measurable results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead full‑funnel media strategy and budget allocation across Australia and New Zealand, ensuring investment aligns with brand, customer and commercial priorities.
- Oversee end‑to‑end media campaign delivery, including briefing, planning, implementation, optimisation and performance reporting.
- Manage media, creative and strategic agency relationships, ensuring strong engagement, clear direction and disciplined execution.
- Own major brand partnerships and sponsorships, including key TV integrations, magazine production and strategic brand collaborations.
- Lead brand tracking, customer insights and Voice of Customer programs to inform media strategy, creative effectiveness and long‑term planning.
- Oversee PR, events and influencer activity, ensuring alignment with brand priorities and campaign objectives across Australia and New Zealand.
- Manage key internal and external stakeholder communication, including store updates, franchisee engagement, finance partner activity and CSR program delivery.
- Deep experience in media strategy, campaign leadership or omni‑channel marketing either client side or agency side
- Strong commercial acumen and the ability to translate strategy into measurable business outcomes.
- Proven ability to manage agencies, large budgets and complex stakeholder groups.
- A passion for brand building, customer insights and data‑driven decision making.
- Leadership capability and a collaborative, proactive working style.
