This is a pivotal opportunity to join Miele Australia in a senior Shopper and Trade Marketing role, responsible for delivering high-impact activation strategies across retail, projects and digital channels.

You will be instrumental in strengthening Miele’s position as a best-in-class partner for retail and trade, driving activation excellence, improving promotional ROI and supporting category sales growth. Working closely with Sales, Brand and Category teams, this role offers strong commercial exposure and influence across the business.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Develop and execute shopper and trade marketing strategies across retail, projects and digital channels
  • Partner with Key Account Managers to build tailored activation plans aligned to customer and channel strategies
  • Design and deliver insight-led shopper activations that enhance brand equity and drive sales performance
  • Lead end-to-end execution of promotional and activation plans, ensuring delivery on time and within budget
  • Deploy a mix of activation mediums including digital, promotions, catalogues, in-store POS, displays, loyalty programs and in-store campaigns
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity and shopper behaviour to optimise activation strategies
  • Manage the activation calendar, post-campaign reviews, sales presentations and promotional support materials
  • Own activation budgets including forecasting, tracking, PO management and invoice reconciliation
  • Track performance against key KPIs, generating insights and recommendations to improve ROI and effectiveness
What We’re Looking For
  • Experience in shopper marketing, trade marketing or customer activation within FMCG, retail or consumer goods
  • Strong understanding of retail and trade environments, including customer-specific activations
  • Proven experience delivering integrated activation programs end-to-end
  • Strong commercial and analytical capability with a focus on ROI and performance
  • Highly collaborative stakeholder manager able to influence across Sales, Brand and Category teams
