Job Description
The Finance Analyst supports the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) function by
providing actionable financial insights to drive performance and strategic decision-making.
This role is responsible for financial modelling, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and
the development of tools to improve financial planning processes.
You will be responsible for:
- Timely and accurate financial and management reporting
- Development and delivery of detailed financial analysis with actionable insights
- Effective stakeholder engagement and commercial acumen applied to decision-making
- Timely execution of budgeting and forecasting processes in line with Group timelines
- Support the Finance Business Partner in delivery of key project
- Working towards CPA, min 3 years experience
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Exposure to both financial and management accounting in a broader business
- Demonstrated ability to understand the planning and forecasting process across revenue, costs, working capital and cashflow (including the links within the 3-way model)
- Strong analytical skills and commercial acumen
