The Responsibilities
- Support performance management, target setting, and financial analysis
- Guide target setting tools for market organization
- Execute performance management cycle, engaging stakeholders
- Ensure adherence to financial accounting standards and support audits
- Proactively monitor financial risks and propose mitigation
- Identify opportunities for value creation and propose initiatives
- Champion transparency in P&L analysis and support decision-making
- Collaborate cross-functionally to understand financial impact
About You
- Result-oriented, consistently exceeding goals
- Effective communicator and presenter across teams
- High cultural awareness with an adaptive leadership style
- Collaborative nature, adept at working with diverse teams
Your Experience
- Bring 2-3 years' experience in financial, consultancy, or auditing roles within a multinational organization, demonstrating a strong understanding of the field
- Exhibit proficiency in English, both in written and verbal communication, essential for effective collaboration
- Showcase strong business planning, financial planning, and analysis skills, complemented by experience with financial planning, modeling, analysis, and reporting software
- Have completed, studying, or with the intention of completing a Masters Degree
