Our client, is after a passionate Finance and Contracts Administrator to join their team on a permanent part-time basis (2-3 days per week). This role will be based between their offices located in Sydney's inner west. This role will report to the CFO and requires someone who is tech-savvy and has excellent communication skills.
The responsibilities
You will be responsible for (but not limited to) the following:
- General finance administration
- Assisting as a back up for bank reconciliations and weekly payments
- Client data management
- Liaising with internal stakeholders and external vendors
- Reviewing contracts
- Supporting new client onboarding
- Prior experience in finance administration roles
- NDIS Experience would be beneficial
- Experience with Salesforce is desirable
- Strong attention to detail
- Impeccable verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to build and manage client relationships
