An exciting, ideally immediate start, role with a globally-recognisable, world-leading Medical Devices organisation currently exists in order to fill a key role in their team! This Finance Business Partner position will help provide insightful analysis into key performance trends that exist in order to drive the positive financial direction of the company. Initially this will be a long-term 12 month fixed-term contract, however with the genuine view for permanency following this initial duration.
The responsibilities
Reporting to the Senior FP&A Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Act as the primary finance partner to your multiple Business Unit leaders; providing insight, challenge, and decision support to drive revenue growth, margin expansion, and cost discipline.
- Lead quarterly forecasts and strategic planning processes; ensuring alignment with Finance teams globally.
- Own performance reporting and monthly reviews; clearly articulating key drivers, risks, opportunities, and corrective actions.
- Deliver scenario modelling and financial analysis to support pricing, investment, portfolio, and resource allocation decisions.
- Translate business strategies into financial targets and ensure accurate, timely system submissions across revenue, margin, and operating expenses.
- Build strong cross-functional relationships across Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance to enable aligned decision-making in a matrix environment.
- Support the wider business to deliver continuous simplification, process improvements and automation to management reporting and associated systems and processes.
- Be involved in projects to improve processes or improve operational performance
Ideally, you will be a CA/CPA qualified accounting professional and will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills as your ability to interact and engage cross functionally within the business will be crucial to your success. Additionally, you will have a strong attention to detail, enjoy collaboration and have had extensive experience within a large & complex working environment. Additionally, you will enjoy stakeholder management, overall team collabaration and have used SAP, Anaplan and OneStream in your prior roles.
