Role Overview: As a Finance Business Partner, you will be a key player in supporting and shaping operational performance. You will work closely with the operations teams to provide financial insights, analysis, and strategic guidance to drive efficiencies, cost optimization, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with operations teams to understand their financial needs and provide timely, data-driven insights.
• Develop and manage financial models to analyze operational performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Drive cost control and optimization initiatives.
• Provide accurate, actionable financial reports and recommendations to management.
• Play a vital role in the budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Support decision-making processes through financial analysis.
• Identify risks and opportunities in the operations and recommend strategies for improvement.

What We're Looking For:

• A qualified finance professional (CPA, CA, CIMA, or equivalent) with a strong financial background.
• Proven experience as a Finance Business Partner or in a similar role.
• Excellent analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• A results-oriented, proactive, and solution-focused approach.
