Key Responsibilities Include:
Reporting directly to the Commercial Manager Key responsibilities for the role include (but are not limited to):
- Collaborate with senior management to provide strategic financial insights and support business decisions.
- Conduct financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting to guide business planning.
- Acts as a contact and sparring partner for the Sales Director, Head of Key Accounts, Marketing Manager and Regional Managers.
- Develop and maintain financial models to support investment decisions and business cases.
- Monitor financial performance, identify trends, and recommend corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
- Experience in a commercial role ideally within the fast-moving consumer goods industry.
- CPA/CA/CIMA or similarly qualified or working towards.
- In depth understanding of the Sales value chain, the expected outcome and the related financial impact.
- Strong business partnering skills - candidates must be able to demonstrate professional handling of challenging commercial situations.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
