The Role
Newly created and reporting into the Manager - Business Partnering you role will include but not be limited to:
- Participate in portfolio management meetings, presenting on financial business performance, providing forward looking insight, addressing issues or areas of concern or risk and providing input into strategic planning and operational decision making.
- Investigate opportunities as well as high risk and material financial issues and propose solutions to drive a satisfactory outcome.
- Provide information and advice on financial feasibility of new business directions and strategic developments, taking in account organisational requirements and key performance indicators.
- Provide costings, pricing and cost benefit analysis on a range of projects, including commercial activities and tenders.
- Partner with the leaders of assigned portfolio to develop the annual budget and quarterly forecast, understanding the portfolio strategy and recommending opportunities for improvement or change that deliver on financial targets.
- Support the CFO in delivering the long term financial strategy within assigned portfolio.

- CPA / CA qualified
- Prior analytical experience in a large and complex organisation
- Strong knowledge and experience of budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting, delivering consistently accurate and clear information
- Excellent communication skills with the capability to tell the story behind the numbers
