I’m currently partnered with an established, mid-sized Australian business operating in the construction and manufacturing space. With a strong footprint across the country and plans for strategic growth, they service a range of industrial and infrastructure clients and play a critical role in supplying essential components for large-scale projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a trusted advisor to the operations team, bridging finance and the business
- Develop, enhance, and maintain financial models to support decision-making
- Present financial insights in a clear, concise, and engaging manner to senior stakeholders
- Analyse operational performance and identify opportunities for improvement
- Prepare business cases, forecasts, and scenario analyses
- Use Power BI to generate reports and dashboards for operational review
- 5+ experience as a Finance Business Partner with strong commercial acumen
- CA or CPA qualified
- Confident presenting and explaining financial data to non-financial stakeholders
- Advanced Excel skills, and hands-on experience with financial modelling
- Power BI capability essential
- Industry experience in construction, manufacturing or other operationally intensive sectors is a strong advantage
- A salary of up to $150,000 + super
