This is a strategic and high-impact role, partnering with senior business leaders across operations, commercial, and supply chain functions, helping shape key decisions that support business growth and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders across multiple business units. 
• Drive financial planning, forecasting and budgeting processes with accuracy and insight. 
• Deliver value-add analysis on business performance, margin, cost-to-serve and investment opportunities. 
• Translate financial data into actionable commercial insights. 
• Partner with supply chain, operations and commercial teams to optimise working capital and operational efficiency. 
• Support the month-end and year-end close with accurate reporting and commentary. 
• Challenge assumptions, identify risks and opportunities, and contribute to strategic planning. 
• Collaborate with global finance teams to ensure consistent reporting and alignment. 

To be successful in this role you be CA/CPA Qualified, with exceptional communication and stakeholder management experience. You will have the capability to influence across the business, and build strong relationships. You thrive within a fast-paced environment and are comfortable with matrix style structured organisation. You are a detail-orientated, analytical thinker with a passion for getting things done accurately.
