The Role
The position will provide critical support across commercial finance and planning, ensuring accuracy of reporting, insight for decision-making during a period of growth. You will work closely with business leaders to drive performance improvement, develop strategic initiatives, and ensure sound financial management across the portfolio.
Key responsibilities include:
- Lead budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis for venues and group reporting.
- Deliver timely and accurate financial reporting, highlighting performance drivers and improvement opportunities.
- Partner with venue and commercial teams to provide clear financial insights and practical recommendations.
- Identify process improvements and support efficiency initiatives across finance and operations.
- Contribute to data integrity and ensure accuracy of BI reporting and financial models.
Candidate Profile
- CA/CPA qualified with 6+ years’ experience in FP&A, commercial finance or group reporting.
- Advanced Excel skills (able to build complex financial models) and ability to challenge assumptions with commercial insight.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- A background in consumer goods/FMCG/retail/hospitality will be highly regarded.
- Collaborative, detail-oriented, and eager to drive process improvement.
