Job Description
The purpose of the Finance Business Partner role is to provide ‘real time’ support and analysis as a trusted adviser and to add value that will assist in decision-making by collecting, analysing, investigating, and reporting financial and non-financial data and to present business ideas to various stakeholders.
You will be responsible for
- Ownership of the annual budgeting and forecasting process
- Developing comparative performance with variance analysis
- Provide sound commercial analysis on key transactions, incl. major purchases, office moves, tenders and capital acquisitions
- Engage with key stakeholders to understand business needs and drive performance
The ideal candidate will be driven and ambitious with exceptional communication skills. Ideally, you will be CPA/ CA qualified, with a passion for business partnering and a high level of commercial acumen. You will have strong financial reporting skills, and be ready to step into a commercial facing role where you can use your communication skills to drive business performance.
