The Role
Reporting into the Finance Manager in this business-critical position, your focus will be around the following:
- Truly business partner key business stakeholders to understand their informational requirements
- Provide strategic analysis and execution
- Prepare trading updates
- Presenting and storytelling to both finance and non-finance stakeholders
- Scenario Modelling of new opportunities to challenge the norm
- Variance analysis focusing on the ‘why’
- Be the first point of contact for stakeholder queries
- Work with the team on budget requirements
- Deliver efficiencies through process improvements
Our client is looking to attract an ambitious senior analyst who has had experience working within a large complex company. You will have excellent analytical capabilities and be a confident communicator who can engage with and influence non-financial stakeholders. Additionally, you will possess an enthusiastic & ambitious attitude which allows you to work collaboratively within a high performing finance team. Candidates with current or prior business partnering experience within a retail or FMCG business or channel are strongly encouraged to apply.
