About the role:
They are seeking a technically sound Finance Business Partner who is looking to grow their career in a large listed business. Reporting to the Finance Manager and coaching the Business Analyst - your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
- Monthly and Quarterly FP&A management reports
- Lead business reviews to drive value add insights, continuous improvement, business performance and smart growth
- Monthly, quarterly and ad-hoc financial analysis and analytical review of key upward and internal/external accounting documents and reporting
- Budget and forecasting activities
- Business and process improvement projects
- Analysis of large volumes of data to drive outcomes across projects.
- Performance and variance analysis
- Business partnering support to different business units
- Ad hoc reporting and project work
- CA/CPA qualifications (minimum 4-5 years post qualifications)
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Payments industry experience preferred
- Experienced Senior Commercial Analyst and/or Finance Business Partner
- Strong ability to deal with multiple stakeholders
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
