Role Overview - Reporting to Finance Manager
- Collaborate with department heads to develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial plans in alignment with organisational objectives.
- Conduct comprehensive analysis of financial performance, identifying key trends, opportunities, and risks to inform strategic decision-making processes.
- Partner with stakeholders to develop robust business cases for new initiatives, projects, and investments, evaluating their financial feasibility and impact.
- Perform regular financial reviews and variance analysis, proactively identifying areas for improvement and recommending appropriate courses of action.
- Prepare month-end reporting.
- Prepare insightful management reports, presentations, and dashboards to communicate financial results, key metrics, and performance indicators to senior management and relevant stakeholders.

Specific requirements include:
- CA/CPA qualified
- Demonstrated stakeholder management experience
- Exceptional communicator with high-level analytical, influencing & organisational skills
- Demonstrated understanding of accounting principles
- Enthusiastic and committed with a consistent focus on achieving results and supporting the wider team
