Become a part of a true industry leading business as a Finance Manager sitting within the finance function and acting as a 2IC to the CFO. In this diverse role, you will be responsible for the financial reporting function, budgeting and forecasting, as well as being responsible for identifying process improvement opportunities, providing commercial insights and partnering closely with senior stakeholders and executives in various ad-hoc projects/requests.
The responsibilities
Reporting to the CFO, your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
- Drive and own month end process
- Creation and delivery of management reports
- Drive process improvement in an effort to create efficiencies across the function
- Support budgeting & forecasting processes
- Analyse performance and provide insights (actual vs budget and forecast) of business
- Partner with senior and executive stakeholders
- Accounting for newly acquired entities and management of ongoing integration into the consolidated group
- Mentor and support 2 indirect reports
- Ad-hoc and special project works
You will be a CA/CPA qualified finance professional with outstanding communication and influencing skills. You will have experience within a large organisation and be technically astute with the ability to operate within a dynamic environment. Previous Big 4 experience will be considered highly advantageous as well as experience within a medium size business.
