This is an exciting opportunity for a Finance Manager to develop their career by joining a growing business. This role will give you the opportunity to work directly with C-level stakeholders, and the position reports into the CFO. You will also have an opportunity to develop your management skills as you take over a growing team.
Responsibilities
Reporting into the CFO, your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
- Financial and Management Reporting
- Budgeting and forecasting
- Provision of key analysis & insights
- Management of a small finance team (2 direct reports)
- Integral driving of systems integration and process improvements
- Accounting for GST, BAS, and managing FBT
- Preparation and ownership of month-end closing
- Partnering and supporting wider business departments
- Financial forecasting and project analysis
- CA or CPA qualification.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience managing a small team would be desired.
- Able to work in a fast, dynamic, and changing environment.
- 4+ years of experience working as a Senior Accounting professional.
