Reporting to the COO, the Finance Manager will be responsible for financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting, in addition to identifying process improvement opportunities and partnering closely with stakeholders and executives in various ad-hoc projects.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with the Finance team to devise and execute financial strategies;
- Supervise day-to-day operations within the finance department to ensure optimal efficiency;
- Take charge of producing and delivering precise and punctual financial reports on a weekly, monthly, and yearly basis;
- Manage the annual budgeting process and regular financial forecasts;
- Offer insightful financial analysis to facilitate strategic decision-making, encompassing financial modelling, profitability assessments, and cost-benefit analyses; and
- Management of the Finance team whilst fostering a culture of excellence, continual enhancement, and professional advancement.
Skills and Experience:
- Tertiary education in Commerce, Finance or Business;
- CPA or CA qualified;
- Motivated and vibrant personality to align with our business culture;
- Desire to grow with and contribute to the organisation; and
- Strong Excel and ERP experience.
