Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and improve the quality, accuracy, and timeliness of monthly financial reporting.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes to support strategic decision-making.
- Ensure strong financial control frameworks and compliance with statutory and internal requirements.
- Oversee day-to-day finance operations including Accounts Payable, General Ledger, and bank reconciliations.
- Manage and improve revenue recognition, billing accuracy, and cash flow reporting.
- Drive process improvement, system optimisation, and automation within the finance function.
- Lead, coach, and develop a small team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Coordinate external audit requirements and ensure compliance with reporting standards.
- Degree in Accounting or Finance, with CA/CPA qualifications
- Proven experience managing financial operations in a large, service-based environment
- Strong background in revenue management, financial control, and process optimisation.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and leadership skills.
- Advanced Excel and system knowledge
- Strong commercial acumen and the ability to communicate complex information with clarity.
- Salary up to $150,000 + super + benefits (depending on experience).
