The Role
As a Finance Manager, you will play a crucial role in monitoring, analysing, and optimising the performance of the business. You will collaborate with various departments to ensure effective utilisation, maintenance, and strategic planning.

Responsibilities
  • Manage financial reporting, including group consolidation and eliminations.
  • Lead and mentor the finance team, ensuring efficient operations.
  • Oversee AP and AR functions and month-end closing procedures.
  • Plan for EOM closing timetable
  • Liaise with HQ overseas for reporting and queries
  • Handle tax matters such as Transfer Pricing and effective tax rate calculations.
  • Coordinate audits and prepare financial statements with external advisors.
  • Maintain and enhance finance systems including Workday Adaptive Planning and Power BI.
What You Need
  • CA or CPA qualification
  • Ability to speak and write Mandarin is essential
  • Audit experience in Big 4 or second tier firms highly desirable
  • Experience in FMCG is preferrable but not essential
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience
  • Experience in financial Accounting and/or management accounting
  • Prior experience with SAP B1 or Oracle preferred but not essential
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, work under pressure, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
