Role:
Take charge of the finance function in this key leadership role, overseeing day-to-day operations, compliance and forward-looking financial planning. Partnering closely with senior leaders, you’ll deliver critical insights to drive performance and ensure the business has a strong financial foundation for future growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and regulatory compliance.
- Manage cash flow and working capital to optimise operational performance.
- Develop and mentor a small finance team, fostering collaboration and growth.
- Collaborate with executives and department leaders to deliver actionable commercial insights.
- Implement process and system enhancements to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Degree-qualified in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA/CA preferred.
- 10+ years’ experience in financial management or senior accounting roles.
- Strong technical grounding with proven leadership capability.
- Proficiency with ERP systems and financial reporting platforms.
- A commercial thinker with excellent analytical and communication skills.
