About the Role
Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, this hands-on Finance Manager position plays a key role in overseeing all day-to-day finance operations for the group. Working closely with senior leadership, you’ll take ownership of end-to-end financial management, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and continuous improvement across finance processes.
This role is suited to someone who thrives in an SME-style environment, enjoys taking ownership, and brings a pragmatic approach to delivering outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all day-to-day financial management, reporting, and compliance.
  • Prepare month-end reporting, cashflow forecasts, and financial analysis.
  • Coordinate tax and compliance requirements, including multiple BAS statements and year-end processes with external accountants.
  • Partner with senior leaders to provide insight through dashboards, business cases, and scenario analysis.
  • Drive automation and process improvement across finance systems and reporting.
  • Manage relationships with external accountants, auditors, and banking partners.
About You
You’re a commercially minded finance professional who enjoys working in a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment. You’re both strategic and hands-on, with the ability to operate autonomously while maintaining accuracy and integrity in your work.
You will ideally have:
  • CA or CPA qualification 
  • Experience in an SME, professional services, or investment/funds management business.
  • Strong financial reporting, cashflow management, and compliance experience.
  • A practical, tech-forward mindset with a drive for efficiency and improvement.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to partner effectively across a small, high-performing team.
