About the Role
This role would ideally suit a hands-on Finance Manager or Senior Accountant with a strong grounding in accounting standards who has developed a strength in Power BI and financial/operational reporting. Sitting within a close-knit finance team, you will transform financial data into meaningful insights, streamline reporting processes, and enhance the business’s data-driven decision-making capability.

Responsibilities
• Prepare monthly financial reports including P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow
• Perform variance analysis and provide clear commentary to management
• Support budgeting and forecasting cycles with models and insights
• Assist with month-end and year-end processes
• Maintain and improve KPI reporting across the business
• Build and enhance Power BI dashboards and automated reports
• Connect and validate data sources to ensure accuracy and consistency
• Identify and implement process improvements within finance and reporting
• Partner with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and deliver effective visualisations
• Support ad-hoc analysis and special projects as required

The Successful Candidate
• Degree qualified in Accounting, Finance or related discipline
• CA/CPA qualified
• Background as a Finance Manager, Senior Accountant or similar
• Proven experience developing complex Power BI dashboards (essential)
• Strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to enhancing reporting
• Confident communicator who can partner with non-finance stakeholders effectively
