Our client is a respected organisation within the legal industry. Due to the continued growth of the business, an opportunity for a Finance Officer to join their team based in their new CBD office presently exists.
Duties
Reporting directly into the Finance Manager and working in a medium sized finance team your daily tasks will include;
- Bank reconciliations
- Account reconciliations
- Process supplier payments within supplier trading terms
- Processing of disbursements
- Journal entries
- Ad hoc administration duties as requested
- Prior experience in a Finance Officer position
- Having worked with a professional services firm will be viewed as advantageous
- Intermediate skills in Excel
- Ability to work proficiently in a team environment
