An opportunity for an experienced Finance Operations Manager is currently available on a permanent basis. This role will be working closely with the greater Finance Team to drive performance and provide mentorship to the team.
Position Description
Reporting directly into the Financial Controller and working as part of a team, your daily tasks will include the following:
- Mentoring team of nine including accounts payable and receivable staff
- Conducting one-on-one development meetings
- Act as point of escalation
- Support & drive finance team projects
- Completing month end reconciliations
- Treasury and shareholder payments
- Identify team development needs
- Other tasks as directed by the Financial Controller
The successful applicant will have proven management experience in a similar management role along with the following attributes:
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Impeccable communication skills
- The ability to liaise with a multitude of stakeholders
- Strong reconciliation skills
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
