The Role
Reporting into an established Finance Business Partner, the responsibilities will include: 
  1. Strategic Reporting & Operations:
    • Design and implement reports for performance enhancement.
    • Drive data platform integration and BI tool adoption.
    • Provide expertise for strategic projects.
  2. Business Insights & Optimization:
    • Translate data into actionable insights for growth.
    • Develop and maintain data models for decision-making.
    • Automate reporting processes for efficiency.
  3. ERP Integration & Leadership:
    • Stay updated on industry trends for ERP influence.
    • Collaborate to meet ESG reporting obligations.
  4. Data Analysis & Quality Assurance:
    • Ensure data accuracy and integrity.
    • Conduct in-depth analysis for trends and patterns.
  5. Stakeholder Collaboration & Support:
    • Collaborate with stakeholders on reporting needs.
    • Offer guidance and support on data inquiries.
  6. Continuous Improvement:
    • Identify workflow inefficiencies and propose solutions.
    • Monitor data quality metrics and drive improvements.
About You:
  • Experience working within the retail industry is of high importance 
  • 3+ years working a similar role
  • CA / CPA qualification is desired but not a pre-requisite 
  • A highly analytical mind - able to solve problems, identify risks and highlight opportunities 
  • Strong interpersonal skills - able to effectively build relationships with cross-functional stakeholders
  • Strong Experience working technically with Power BI (required), SQL/power query (desired) and TM1 (beneficial)
