The Role
As the role reports to the CFO, this is a business critical role. This role is for an immediate start for an initial period of 6 months (view to perm), your role will consist of the following:
- Processing of all general ledger journals;
- Month end process including analysis of general ledger reconciliations and the maintenance of appropriate supporting work papers;
- Monthly internal reports and monthly reporting for Asia & Europe;
- BAS, FBT, Payroll tax and
- Maintain the fixed asset-register and related depreciation schedules;
- Year-end processing and reconciliations including liaison with the external auditors; and
- Management of the AP and AR Officers.
You will be available to start immediately and can commit for a minimum period of 6 months, with a view to go permanent. You will be CA/CPA qualified financial accountant, ideally with experience from the services sector, however your technical knowledge of Australian and International standards will be most relevant.
