As a key member of the Finance team, you will be accountable for the provision of a high quality, timely and accurate financial and management accounting whilst dealing internal and external stakeholders. The duties of your role will include but not be limited to the following.
- Prepare monthly management and financial accounts
- Prepare end-of-month reporting, including Board, cash flow, and statutory reports
- Complete monthly balance sheet reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
- Assist in preparing financial forecasts as needed
- Prepare and lodge periodic tax submissions (GST, BAS, FBT)
- Identify and implement process improvements
- Perform variance and trend analysis on P&L and balance sheet accounts
- Supporting financial audits
- Perform ad hoc tasks as required

The Candidate
You are CA/CPA qualified (or currently completing), have strong technical knowledge and advanced Excel skill, and have a demonstrated knowledge and experience in reconciliations and financial reporting. You will also have well-developed communication, time management, planning and organisational skills.
