Position:
Reporting to the FP&A Manager, you’ll own the month-end close process, deliver accurate and timely reporting, and partner with commercial teams to provide insights that support strategic decision-making. You’ll play a critical role in budgeting, forecasting, and modelling new store opportunities while ensuring strong compliance and continuous process improvements.
  
This is a role for a commercially minded accountant who enjoys more than just the numbers - you’ll be working across teams, telling the story behind the figures, and driving real impact in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Bring the numbers to life. Analyse performance and uncover the “why” behind trends, helping stakeholders, from retail managers to eComm leads. Understand what’s driving results and where opportunities lie.
  • Be the driver of accuracy and insight. Lead the month-end process for our Retail and eCommerce channels, delivering timely, accurate reports and reconciliations that keep the business moving with confidence.
  • Take the lead on new store modelling and financial proposals.
  • From annual budgets to monthly reforecasts, you’ll ensure numbers aren’t just accurate, but meaningful, giving teams clarity on how they’re tracking and where they can improve.
  • Manage IFRS 16 lease accounting, inventory reconciliations, and strengthen internal controls - all while identifying smarter, more efficient ways of working.
  • Support with ad hoc projects and commercial analysis.
What you’ll bring:
  • CA/CPA qualified (or in final stages) with a Commerce/Accounting degree.
  • 3+ years of experience in financial accounting and reporting, ideally in retail or DTC.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and storytelling skills.
  • Ability to partner with both financial and non-financial stakeholders.
  • Advanced Excel skills (Power BI experience an advantage).
  • A proactive, team-first mindset and genuine passion for retail.
