In this key role within their high performing finance team, you will be responsible for:

• Providing reporting to management and business partners in line with Corporate Accounting policies and business processes
• Analysing financial data to resolve discrepancies and irregularities that may arise
• Contributing to the strategic direction and team outcomes in accounting by participating as an active member of the Finance team
• Ensures balancing, reconciliations and accruals are undertaken accurately
• Establishes a strong working relationship with all business units and provides sound financial management advice for decision making to line management
• Works with outsourced shared service teams to help them build understanding and achieve a high level of performance

Ideally you will be looking for your 1st move from a chartered firm (Big 4 or mid-tier), you will be CA qualified and have demonstrated expertise in dealing with clients within retail or FMCG/consumer goods. You will possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills as your ability to exert influence across the business will be fundamental to your success. You will be inquisitive and commercially minded and will enjoy working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
