With a high profile presence in the community, they are seeking a technical strong Finance Director of Finance/Financial Controller with proven leadership skills to manage their growing finance team. This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Finance Manager/Financial Controller to join an established organisation, drive change and help the organisation deliver on its strategic goals.
The role
Reporting to the CEO, and managing a large team, this hands on role will be responsible for the management of a full scope finance function and also head up support services. You will be a key player in the delivery of all internal and external reporting requirements. You will be expected to identify and lead a number of business process improvement projects
The candidate
CA/CPA qualified you will be an experienced and technically strong Finance Manager/Controller. You possess strong leadership and management experience and the ability to thrive in an environment requiring significant process improvement. Working with a strong set of values you will have a positive attitude that views problems as learning opportunities rather than obstacles that cannot be overcome.
