Supported by an experienced leadership team and established systems, this is a hands-on role with real influence and a classic Financial Controller role, reporting to the CFO.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end finance operations
- Deliver accurate month-end close and management reporting
- Manage cash flow, banking, and funding facilities
- Ensure compliance across BAS, IAS, FBT, Payroll Tax, and Super
- Oversee payroll, AR, AP, and statutory obligations
- Strengthen financial controls, processes, and reporting
- Partner with leadership to provide commercial insight
- Lead and develop accounts and administration teams
- CPA or CA qualified (or near completion)
- Degree in Accounting or Finance
- Experience in retail or multi-site environments preferred
- Thrive in fast-paced, high-volume settings
- Commercially astute with strong attention to detail
- Hands-on leader with accountability and drive
