The Company and the Role
We are seeking an experienced Group Financial Controller to lead group reporting, consolidation and financial governance across a growing organisation. This is a senior leadership role that will play a critical role in bringing together multiple finance functions across the group.
  
As Group Financial Controller, you will take ownership of group reporting and consolidation, providing oversight and leadership across statutory reporting, technical accounting, treasury and shared services. You will lead and develop a sizeable finance team across both direct and indirect reports, ensuring strong controls, consistency and best-practice financial reporting across the group.
  
Key Responsibilities

• Lead group reporting and consolidation, bringing together multiple entities and finance functions
• Oversee statutory reporting, technical accounting and compliance requirements
• Provide leadership across treasury activities and cash management (with hands-on exposure as required)
• Manage and develop a broad finance team.
• Partner with senior leadership to provide clear, accurate and timely financial insights
• Drive strong financial governance, controls and continuous improvement across processes and systems
• Collaborate closely with the FP&A Manager on performance insights and business support

  
Your Profile

• Proven experience in a Group Financial Controller or similar senior finance leadership role
• Strong group reporting and consolidation experience (essential)
• Demonstrated people leadership experience across multi-layered teams
• Experience in a consumer goods/FMCG/manufacturing organization is highly regarded
• CA / CPA qualified
