Our client is a well known fashion retail organisation who has operations across ANZ. They are seeking a Financial Controller to lead and manage their finance function. You will act as a business partner to deliver the organisational strategy and drive expectational service outcomes. The Responsibilities
Reporting to the CFO you will be responsible for leading a team, group reporting & forecasting, analysis and reporting, financial control and ad hoc analysis. Other duties include, but not limited to:
- Month end reporting
- Board and Exec reporting
- Store labour reporting
- Financial compliance with statutory and taxation reporting requirements
- Support business growth initiatives
- Business improvement initiatives
- Key contact for banking and payment provider relationships
- Treasury management
- Weekly sales reporting
- Training and development of your team
- Ad hoc analysis
You will be CA/ CPA qualified and have experience in a Senior Finance role ideally in Retail, FMCG, Consumer Goods and/or similar industry. You will have a growth mindset with proven process improvement experience to support business performance. You will be a proven people leader who can coach and develop high performing teams.
