Key Responsibilities
- Build, enhance, and maintain complex financial models to assess development feasibility, scenario analysis, cash flows, and ROI across multiple property projects.
- Prepare detailed development feasibilities, sensitivity analyses, and project performance reporting for internal and external stakeholders.
- Translate raw operational, financial, and project data into insightful dashboards and visualisations in Power BI to support commercial decision-making.
- Partner with Development, Finance, and Executive teams to evaluate potential acquisitions, support due diligence, and model project funding structures.
- Prepare presentations, investment papers, and modelling summaries for Board and Investment Committees.
- Continuously refine modelling frameworks, improve data integrity, and implement best-practice modelling standards and controls.
- 5-7 years’ experience in financial modelling within property development, real estate, infrastructure, or corporate finance.
- Advanced Excel modelling expertise, including project feasibilities, debt modelling, scenario modelling.
- Strong Power BI capability - capable of building automated dashboards, data models, DAX measures, and integrating multiple data sources.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate data into actionable insights for senior stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to present complex information clearly and succinctly.
- Degree in Finance, Commerce, Accounting, Economics, or related discipline.
- Additional modelling certifications highly regarded.
