Reporting directly to the Head of Finance, your role will be a broad one requiring you to be 'hands on', whilst also being a strong commercial business partner to the Exective team. You will be principally responsible for leading the FP&A, Revenue/Pricing Management and Category Business Partnering.
More specifically, your key responsibilities will include:
- Further build out the BI tools of the group (primary focus on operational data analytics) to enhance the planning and analytical capability of the group.
- Own the report out of business planning outcomes to Senior Leadership Teams.
- Developing and leading the annual budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Providing monthly financial analysis and commentary, and sales/margin reporting and analysis.
- Providing financial modelling support to assist with strategic decision making.
- Evolving existing reporting frameworks and dashboards - both operational and financial performance.
- Identifying areas for process improvement and executing accordingly.
