About the Role
Reporting to the CFO, this key leadership role oversees a team of four within the Financial Planning & Analysis function. You’ll lead all aspects of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis across the organisation, providing strategic insights to senior stakeholders.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing and developing a small team of established and talented Finance Partners and Accountants.
- Leading the annual budgeting and forecasting process.
- Building and maintaining complex financial models and business cases.
- Driving process improvement, automation, and transformation across FP&A activities.
- Providing high-quality reporting, analysis, and financial advice to support strategic decisions.
- Partnering with diverse stakeholders across research, operations, and executive functions.
About You
You will be a qualified CPA or CA with extensive experience in financial planning and analysis.
You’ll bring:
- A strong, demonstrable experience in financial analysis, business partnering, and reporting.
- Proven leadership experience and the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Strong financial modelling and analytical skills, with advanced Excel or BI tool capability.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- A proactive, improvement-focused mindset with the ability to identify and implement change.
