The Role
This is a highly visible role within a complex, multi-site environment supporting rapid growth, ongoing investment in capability and significant operational scale. Partnering closely with the CFO and senior leadership team, you will drive the budgeting cycle, uplift forecasting capability, enhance financial reporting, and provide commercial insights that influence strategic and operational decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead the annual budget, monthly forecasts and long-range planning.
• Lead the annual budget, monthly forecasts and long-range planning.
• Deliver monthly performance reporting, variance analysis and insights.
• Build financial models to support decision-making and scenario planning.
• Improve reporting frameworks, KPIs and dashboarding.
• Partner with operations, supply chain, sales and corporate teams.
• Support ERP/BI enhancements and process optimisation across FP&A.
About You
• CA/CPA/CIMA qualified.
• 8+ years’ FP&A or commercial finance experience.
• Strong financial modelling, advanced excel capability.
• Experience in manufacturing, supply chain, distribution or multi-site environments (essential).
• Strong communicator with the ability to challenge and influence.
• Enjoys hands-on work, continuous improvement and building structure in fast-paced settings.
• Able to accomodate a fully onsite work arrangement (5 days per week).
