Role Overview
This is a highly visible FP&A and commercial finance role partnering directly with the CFO, Executive Leadership Team, and senior stakeholders across the business.
The position sits at the center of financial planning and performance management, leading forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning while providing strategic financial insight to support key commercial and operational decisions.
The role offers significant exposure across the organisation and will play an important part in supporting the business through a period of transformation, helping leadership evaluate opportunities, challenge assumptions, and build credible financial scenarios to support the next phase of growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with executive leaders and business unit heads to support financial performance, planning, and strategic decision making
  • Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and three-year planning processes across the organisation
  • Develop robust financial models and scenario analysis to evaluate commercial opportunities and strategic initiatives
  • Provide financial insight and challenge to support ROI-driven decision making across key projects and investments
  • Translate complex financial and operational data into clear insights and recommendations for executive stakeholders
  • Collaborate closely with Finance, Operations, Commercial, and Technology teams to strengthen financial performance visibility
  • Drive improvements in financial reporting, planning capability, and scenario modelling across the organisation
  • Support the ongoing evolution of financial planning systems and tools, including the organisation’s Workday Adaptive Planning platform

Key Requirements
  • CA / CPA qualified (or equivalent)
  • Approximately 6–10 years’ experience across FP&A, commercial finance, finance business partnering, or strategic finance roles
  • Strong experience across budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, and scenario analysis
  • Proven ability to partner with senior stakeholders and influence decision making
  • Strong grounding in financial accounting and understanding of financial data and reporting structures
  • Advanced Excel skills with experience working with planning systems (Adaptive, Anaplan, TM1, etc.) highly regarded
  • Experience within complex commercial environments such as retail, FMCG, digital, e-commerce advantageous
