- Conduct thorough research and analysis of the local market, including demographics, consumer behavior, and competitive activity.
- Identify key opportunities and challenges in the local area to inform marketing strategies.
- Develop and implement localized marketing plans that align with the overall brand strategy.
- Customize global or national campaigns for local relevance while maintaining brand integrity.
- Plan, execute, and manage local marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, events, and partnerships.
- Collaborate with internal teams (creative, digital, PR) to ensure campaigns are effectively executed.
- Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, community organizations, and influencers to enhance brand presence.
- Organize and participate in local events, sponsorships, and partnerships to increase brand visibility.
- Track, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of local marketing campaigns.
- Use insights to refine and improve future marketing strategies.
- Use customer feedback to inform marketing decisions and improve local offerings.
- 2+ years' experience in a similar Franchise or Local Area Marketing role
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of local market dynamics and consumer behavior.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
