Join a leading, global non-profit supply chain and business services organization that partners with a major international food service network. We are seeking a highly autonomous and dedicated Franchisee Engagement Manager to be the founding presence and trusted ambassador in the New Zealand market.
This role involves managing relationships with a network of approximately 240 stores across the country, requiring a high degree of engagement. You will operate remotely, working closely with the local brand teams.
Key Focus Areas & Challenge
- Core Account Management: The primary function of this role is high-level Account Management and Relationship Building. You will be driving confidence and "making them feel love" through proactive service and support.
- High Autonomy: This is a remote-working role that requires exceptional self-reliance. You will work closely with the local brand management team as a key stakeholder, while always positioning the Franchisee as the customer.
- Internal & External Voice: You must be able to hold positions in both directions: championing Franchisee needs internally and having the resilience to stand up to customers, delivering tough feedback when necessary.
- Relationship Building: A key KPI will be driving the uptake of face-to-face meetings with single and multi-unit franchisees.
- Experience Priority: Proven success in Account Management, Customer Service or Customer Operations, or a QSR/Hospitality Management background.
- Required Attitude: A "people person" who is action-oriented and pragmatic. Must have an ambition to serve and a focus on enhancing customer service.
- Location Flexibility: While Auckland is the most likely location, candidates based elsewhere in the North Island (e.g., Hamilton) with willingness to travel will be considered.
- Compensation: Highly Competitive Salary Package (including KiwiSaver and Car Allowance) designed to attract top-tier talent.
- Incentive: 10% annual bonus structure based on KPIs (including F2F meeting uptake and customer satisfaction), paid annually.
