The Role
Reporting to the Manager, you’ll be responsible for the fund accounting, operational, and administrative functions across a range of debt funds, direct investment funds, institutional mandates, and private investments. This role will suit a driven accounting professional seeking exposure to complex investment structures and the opportunity to work alongside experienced finance and investment professionals.

Responsibilities
  • Manage institutional investor funding calls, payments, and portfolio reconciliations
  • Process investment and loan transactions, including drawdowns, repayments, and interest collection
  • Review NAV calculations, unit pricing, accruals, and fund-level reconciliations
  • Prepare and review financial statements, tax returns, and distribution statements
  • Deliver accurate and timely reporting to clients and stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulatory obligations, and internal controls (including GS007)
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to a culture of operational excellence
The Candidate
  • Degree qualified in Accounting, Commerce, Finance, Business or a related discipline
  • CA/CPA qualified or near completion
  • Experience in investment accounting, ideally gained within funds management, custody, or Big 4
  • Exposure to Private Equity, Private Credit, or Direct Investments
  • Strong technical understanding of reconciliations, distributions, and financial reporting
  • Advanced Excel skills (experience with Python, SQL, or VBA advantageous)
  • Familiarity with ARMnet or S&P WSO will be highly regarded
  • Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and communication skills
