Package: Up to $320K (base + super) + 25% Bonus
The Opportunity
This role leads a high-potential division currently contributing less than a quarter of the business’ total revenue, with a clear mandate to more than double that contribution over the next five years.
The product is highly regarded and the value is there, but a step into a broader, more creative and modern approach to scaling the sales is required.
This is a rare opportunity to scale a recurring, subscription-based product within an established organisation with national customers.
You will:
- Develop and execute a multi-year growth strategy to materially increase revenue contribution
- Lead digital transformation, including launching and scaling an online channel
- Build omnichannel lead generation strategies to target new markets
- Expand strategic partnerships across B2B and B2C channels
- Strengthen and evolve a nationally distributed sales capability
- Drive cross-functional collaboration across sales, product development, marketing, operations and finance
- Maintain strong governance and risk discipline

You will bring:
- Experience leading nationally dispersed sales teams to scale a recurring or contract-based product
- Strong commercial acumen and financial literacy
- Digital transformation leadership and change management experience
- Proven ability to build, train and lead high performing sales teams, pushing new and creative channels
- Experience developing partnership ecosystems for sustained lead flow
- The ability to influence across a large, complex organisation
- A disciplined approach to governance and risk
- You are forward-thinking and innovative, comfortable testing new lead generation methods, partnerships, and channels
