Their Western Sydney facility is the largest in the region, employing over 250 team members and producing a broad portfolio of products across multiple manufacturing streams.

The Opportunity:

Following a recent structural evolution, an exciting opportunity has emerged for an accomplished Senior Site General Manager to take the reins of this complex manufacturing facility.

Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will oversee all aspects of site operations including production, safety, quality, finance, people and culture — with full P&L accountability. As a key member of the regional leadership team, you will help shape business-wide strategy and drive best-practice performance from the factory floor to the boardroom.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic and hands-on leadership across the full manufacturing operation
• Drive efficiency, safety, compliance, product quality and financial outcomes
• Build and inspire a high-performing, values-led leadership team
• Champion continuous improvement and drive a culture of operational excellence
• Engage cross-functionally and with key external stakeholders, including customers
• Lead and manage capital investment projects aligned to site growth

What You Bring:

• Senior site leadership experience in food, FMCG, or high-volume manufacturing
• Proven success managing large teams and complex operations with full P&L ownership
• Deep understanding of quality systems, compliance, WHS and CI/Lean principles
• Experience managing unionised environments and navigating enterprise agreements
• Exceptional commercial acumen, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
• A genuine passion for leading people and cultivating positive culture
