The role:
The Global Logistics Manager is responsible for the overall management of global operations for the business, including domestic in house DC and Transport, and global Logistics functions including 3PL, Shipping and an Operational Hub in Asia.

Reporting to the CFO, this role involves leading a Global Team across Warehousing and Operations, Logistics and Transport, and will be trusted to drive Operational Excellence through collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement best Logistics practices, drive process improvements (inc. IBP), and contribute to the overall success of the supply chain function.

Ultimately, the successful applicant will facilitate robust processes that deliver an outstanding level of service to B2B and B2C customers across the globe, as measured by DIFOT.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will bring the following experience:

- Retail / Apparel exp across channels inc. Stores, Ecom, Wholesale
- Strong domestic and international Logistics exp inc. in house DC
- High EQ - ability to drive operational excellence and implement sustainable change through empathy, self awareness and by fostering trust globally across the group
