About the Role
This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-moving, hands-on environment. You’ll manage customer orders, coordinate with 3PL providers, and ensure timely and accurate delivery. You’ll also be the key point of contact for customers, working cross-functionally with operations, supply, and finance to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer orders from entry to delivery
- Coordinate third-party logistics and transport providers
- Maintain inventory accuracy and support planning functions
- Resolve customer queries and provide high-quality service
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in logistics coordination, order management or customer service
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- ERP experience (Microsoft Dynamics or SAP desirable)
- Exposure to FMCG, food, or fast-paced product environments a plus
