A great opportunity for a qualified accountant looking for a senior leadership opportunity to shape the financial and digital backbone of a highly respected, purpose-led health services organisation.
Reporting directly to the CEO and sitting on the Senior Leadership Team, the General Manager Finance - Corporate Services provides financial stewardship, strategic insight, and leadership across finance, ICT, and corporate services, ensuring the organisation is financially strong, digitally capable, and governance-ready.
What You'll Do
Lead Financial Stewardship
- Own the financial integrity and sustainability of the organisation
- Set and drive financial strategy that balances mission impact with long-term resilience
- Deliver sharp, decision-ready financial insight to the CEO, SLT, and Board
- Ensure best-practice reporting, forecasting, statutory compliance, audits, and funding acquittals
- Lead digital transformation and ICT-enabled change to lift efficiency, access, and data quality
- Actively manage cyber security and digital risk
- Oversee data integrity across financial, regulatory, and impact reporting
- Lead property and facilities management across a diverse site portfolio
- CPA and/or CA qualification (or equivalent)
- Proven experience in a profit-for-purpose / health services environments
- A clear, confident leadership style, able to lead from the front and drive organisational change.
